Abstract

Objective :To investigate the clinical curative effect of Dujieqing oral liquid combined hepatic arterial chemotherapy embolism(TACE) in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer. Methods :60 cases of advanced primary liver cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases of the treatment group were treated with the Dujieqing oral liquid with the TACE treatment, while 30 patients in the control group treated with simple TACE treatment. Results :(1) The efficiency was 70% and 46.7%, respectively, and the response rate was 83.3% and 60%. There was no significant difference(P0.05), and the response rate was statistically significant(P0.05).(2) Before and after treatment, levels of AFP were decreased to different degrees, and there were significant differences(P0.05). AFP400 ng/mL, the decline in treatment group was more obvious compared with that of the control group(P0.05).(3) 1 week after treatment in treatment group, the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) was lower than that of the control group(P0.05).(4)Total bilirubin was significantly different(P0.05) after a week. ALT and AST 1 d after operation in control group were obviously increased than that of the treatment group(P0.05). One week after the treatment, compared with the control group, that of the treatment group was more significantly decreased(P0.05). Conclusion :Dujieqing oral liquid with the TACE treatment of advanced primary liver cancer is superior to TACE alone. It is not only resistant to the tumor, but also can reduce the adverse reactions caused by TACE and to a certain extent, it also can inhibit angiogenesis and prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis.
