Abstract

According to the work content and key business processes of power grid dispatching and control integration operator,the paper analyzes the operator's training needs.Combined with the development and application of dispatching simulation training,the paper proposes the development strategy for power grid dispatching and control integration operation training simulation.It has been put into application in the construction and development of Qinghai dispatching and control integration simulation room.
