The Necessity,Restricting Factors and Countermeasures of Developing New Rural Sports in New Rural Area Construction

Abstract

In order to better understand and develop current rural sport,taking the new rural sport in the constructing of new country as research subject,and using the method of literature,logical analysis and so on,this paper discussed the necessity,restricting factors and countermeasures of developing new rural sport.The result showed that developing new rural sport was the content of constructing new rural area and the necessity of sport's harmonious development in constructing harmonious society,and the necessary approach of shaping the new peasant.The main factors restricting new rural sports development were economic and social factor,institution variance and investment,direction mechanism,main body force,peasant's cultural quality and country's poor culture.Based on it,the author put forwarded to promote the implementation of fitness project for peasant,establish the long-term mechanism of rural sports development and cultivate main body force of rural sports.
