On Problems of Security System in Rural Reform and Counter-measures

China's social security system in rural areas is an important part of the national social security system. Since 1980s, China has made some exploration and achievements in reforming rural security system, but there are some problems, such as imperfect security system, low security level, poor management and so on. So reforming rural security system is the requirement of social and economic development in China's rural areas.
