Abstract

The course of computer network is characterized by cross-discipline, engineering application and high-speed development. Therefore, the teaching of computer network course is difficult and it’s effectiveness is not satisfactory. By analyzing current teaching situation of computer network course in colleges and universities, the teaching reform of computer network is explored in the paper, including the following aspects: Optimizing teaching contents; Improving teaching methods; Valuing curriculum design; Enriching teaching approach; Using assessment procedures flexibly.
