Abstract
Terminology standardization itself is a complicated system engineering which involves all aspect of things.To be better equipped with the knowledge of the work of terminology standardization,the paper discusses the significance of terminology standardization,the types of the terminology standard,the principles and methods of terminology standardization,the players of the terminology standardization as well as its limitations,hoping that more people will be concerned about the issues of the terminology standardization theory and practice so as to promote the development of the work of terminology standardization in our country.
