Abstract
Through two successive years' reclamation to collapse soil, change of total soil nitrogen, microbial N and soluble organic N contents at various growing stages in various fertilization treatments were studied. The results showed that: the total soil N,microbial N and soluble organic N increased year by year;treatment of organic manure + inorganic fertilizer had the best effect to increase soil total N;there was no significant difference between treatments of organic manure + inorganic fertilizer or organic manure + inorganic fertilizer + fungus fertilizer compared with the treatment of orgainic N;organic manure + inorganic fertilizer + fungus fertilizer had the best effect to improve soil microbial N and water soluble organic N contents.
