Abstract

7055 aluminum alloy is a new type of deformed aluminum alloy which has higher intensity,better fracture toughness and corrosion resistance in ultra high strength Al alloy.The effects of some trace elements on structures and special properties of 7055 aluminium alloys are summarized.The heat treatment technology and defor-mation behavior of the alloy is introduced.The microstructure,deformation performance and the application of neural networks on the alloy are discussed.The present problem on 7055 aluminum alloys is also summarized,and the further study emphasis is pointed out.
