Abstract
Qiaokou Oil Field is a typical heterogeneous complicated fault block reservoir. According to its geologic characteristic and development feature, this paper performs a pre study of stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut. It determines some measures including ash squeeze and water plugging in oil wells with high water cut, stimulation of water injection well with high pressure and separate injection with high pressure. Practice shows that they have an apparent effect of stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut.
