Abstract
The thioglycolic acid(TGA) and thioglycerol(TGOL) co-capped colloidal CdTe nanocrystals were synthesized.The samples were characterized by FT-IR,UV-vis absorption and fluorescence spectra.The results showed that the TGA and TGOL co-capped colloidal CdTe nanocrystals displayed highly uniform in diameter and better fluorescent properties compared to single TGA or TGOL capped CdTe nanocrystals.
