Abstract

There are two trends, property rights turning into creditor's rights and creditor's rights turning into property rights, in the modern market-oriented economical conditiors. The infiltration between creditor's rights and property rights is significant for the development of civil law theory and the function of social practice. This paper analyses the trends of creditor's rights turning into property rights. Its purpose is to examine the traditional system of property rights closely again. It's beneficial to the establishment of the modern property right concept and the modern property right system and our state-owned enterprise reform.
