Abstract
Enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin residues in animal tissue were determined simultaneously by HPLC with f1uorescence detector. The conclusion showed that the linear relationship were kept in the range of 2 μg/L-100 μg/L, with correlation coefficients 0.999 3 and 0.999 1 respectively. The minimum quantitative limit of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin were both 2 μg/kg. The recovery of enrofloxacin was between 85 %-90 % and the recovery of ciprofloxacin was between 92 %-99 %.
