Abstract
This essay briefly analyzes the ultimate significance of literary experience in literary criticisms,and points out that nowadays the special features of Chinese literature and the critics' literary experience are ignored by Chinese literary criticism,and Chinese literature adjudicated by western fashioned theories.Then it states that Li Jian-wu's literary criticism works attach importance to critics' literary experience and impression,take literary criticism as a special art,and insist the independent characteristics of literary criticism,which give contemporary literary criticism and literary research a good lessen: to come from and adhere to literary experience.
