On the Basic Criterion for Practical Property Management

Abstract
This paper points out that the solution to the problems in traditional housing management is the recognition of the advantages of property management, change in ideology, and establishment of laws and regulations. The author insists that property management is an ideal method for improving the existing housing management, the only choice of reforms to the housing management, and meanwhile outlines the establishment of property management companies.
