Abstract
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)is a way to carry out a telephone conversation over a data network. Conference Initiation Protocol(SIP) is a signaling-based application layer control protocol,because of its simple,flexible and well-expanding characteristics,its integration into the digital voice communications technology,the SIP-based VoIP network will become the next generation of VoIP technology,one of the developing trend.Based on this model,this paper illustrates the realization principle of SIP on VoIP network,and the controlling process of SIP to the entire dialogue as well.
