Abstract

Today,the avionics system has more and more huge amounts of data information to deal.With development of storage technique,it is possible to record and process more huge amounts of data.NAND Flash with particular frame design is first choosed to design mass capacity memory.Through a detailed instance of NAND FLASH K9WAG08U1A of Samsung Corporation,and by desire of the model design,this article introduces the basal structure and characteristic of NAND FLASH,and design of the hardware frame.It also expatiates the particular operation flow of accessing NAND Flash and the countmeasure after accessing faile.
