The Difficulty and Risk of the Reform in the Organizational Structures in the Undeveloped Regions: A case′s Study in Guizhou

On the reform of the government organization at present in west China′s backward areas,there are the important ways and the tremendous opportunity of propelling the economy and the society forward,as well as there are the considerable difficulties and risks.For the research of the typical example as Guizhou province in west China′s backward areas,it will contribute to the deep analysis of the difficulties and the risks of the reform of the government organization in west China′s backward areas,as well as it will be advantageous to the draft of the effective measures and policies,with propelling the reform of the government organization and the change of the system of organization,to create favourable conditions for the development of the economy and the stabilization of the society in west China′s poor backward areas.In view of the difficulties and the risks of the reform of the government organization as Guizhou province′s typical example to make a show of west China′s backward areas,the appropriate countermeasures should be adopted by west China′s backward provinces and autonomous regions.
