Research progress of rapid propagation of Crocus sativus L.in vitro

The technique of propagation of Crocus sativus L.in vitro is the effective route to resolve the problems of lack of Crocus sativus resource,low reproduction coefficient,and corm degeneration.The technique of propagation of Crocus sativus L.in vitro in recent years was reviewed,and the research results were discussed to be provided as references for establishing high effective and sta ble system of propagation of Crocus sativus L.in vitro.
