Marx:On the Dualnature of Capitalist Management

Marx expounded the dualnature of Capitalist management in the On Capital.He thought that capitalist management has two aspects,one is the productive function labor,the other is the exploitation function of Capitalism.He posed that dualnature of Capitalist management is decided to the dualnature of Capitalist production.He stressed that the nature of Capitalist management can be not obscured,that is,its production nature can not take place its exploitation nature and its exploitation nature can not be used to ignore its production nature.Marx′s ideology has the bright practical significance on our researching the modern economy development of capitalism and enterprise′s management.
