Abstract
Objective:To explore death cause of patients about medical disputes and to analyze the pathological characteristics that caused patients' death.Methods:All 58 corpses of unknown cause deaths were examined by systemic dissection and histopathologic examinations.Anaysis of poisons was carried out in some of the cases.Results:Fifty-two cases were belong to pathological death in the 58 cases.The first death cause was the diseases of cardiovascular system,the second was the diseases of respiratory.Four cases died of machanical violent and 42 were sudden death.Conclusion:Scientific autopsy and correct analysis of death cause not only provide medical evidences to determine medical negligence and to deal with medical disputes,but also promote the development of related clinical subjects.
