Abstract
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the fructosamine level tested by cobas INTEGRA 400 analyzer. Methods The level of fructosamine of 105 cases of type 2 diabetes patients was tested by cobas INTEGRA 400 analyzer and GlyPro analyzer. Results The correlation analysis showed that the level of fructosamine tested by both the two analyzers were significantly correlated(r=0.925,p0.05). And the level of fructosamine tested by cobas INTEGRA 400 analyzer and GlyPro analyzer was also significantly correlated with hemoglobin A1c level respectively(r=0.816,0.790,p0.05).Conclusion The fructosamine level tested by cobas INTEGRA 400 analyzer was accurate.
