Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to study nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and cadmium elements content and accumulation of potato under different cadmium stress in soil.[Method]The content nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and cadmium elements content and accumulation of potato CV.Favorita applied with cadmium pollution in soil were studied by pot experiment.[Result]There were the effects on elements content and accumulation of potato under different cadmium concentration treatment.Nitrogen element content was reduced under soil light stress.Nitrogen element content was increased under moderate and severe stress.Nitrogen accumulation of cadmium pollution was significantly lower than the control.Phosphorus element content was significantly increased with soil cadmium levels increasing, but phosphorus accumulation showed little change.Potassium element content of different cadmium concentration treatment was significantly higher than the control.Potassium accumulation of cadmium light stress was the highest. With cadmium pollution level increasing, potassium accumulation had reduced.Soil cadmium treatment with different concentrations and potato tuber cadmium content and accumulation had extremely significant positive linear correlation.[Conclusion]The nitrogenous fertilizing amount of potato was reduced under cadmium pollution in soil. The phosphatic fertilizing amount was invariant. The potassic fertilizing amount of light stress in soil was increased.Potato shouldn’t be planted in the soil polluted by cadmium severel.
