Abstract
This paper focuses on introducing experiences of design, analysis and improvement of a new 1130 block. The finite element analysis is carried out in main components.such as block,crankshaft,connecting-rod and so on by using CAD and CAE in design of new 1130 series engine. The finite element analysis is used to analyze effectively the stress of the block which is a component endured complex forces so that the most dangerous part is found out to be improved. The improved component is rational in structure design and lighter in quality, has better intensity and rigidity and the whole engine is more reliable.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
