Abstract
In recent years, China's venture capital industry developed rapidly, it has made substantial progress. However, compared with the United States, European countries and other developed countries and regions, the sources and structure of venture capital in China is still a big gap, mainly reflected in that the capital proportion of the pensions, banks and insurance companies is too small, meanwhile, private capital, funds and corporate venture capital play a limited role. Therefore, the article proposed the important achieved diversification paths of venture capital sources, i.e., making full use of the leverage effect of Government Venture Capital Guiding Fund, introducing venture capital by using the foreign capital mode, promoting social security funds and commercial banks and other financial institutions participate in venture capital, encouraging large companies and general investment companies to carry out venture capital.
