Abstract

Modern society development requires practice of creative education. The principal part of knowledge creation is talents with creative spirit and ability. And the growth of talents relies on education, so it's accordingly necessary to construct a teaching staff with creative quality. Creative education demands that teachers should build up creative education ideas, possess creative spirit, ability and personality.
