A Discussion on Quality Supervision of Highway Engineering

Abstract
This paper introduces the governmental supervision, one of the three links in quality guarantee system of highway engineering. Started with the concepts and natures of political supervision, this paper introduces the implementation of political supervision, the responsibilities of the quality supervision station for communications engineering at all levels as well as the procedures of quality supervision for highway engineering. The analyses and considerations have been taken for the drawbacks in current governmental quality supervision system of highway engineering as well as how to carry out deepen reforms. Meanwhile, the importance of quality supervision of highway engineering has been illustrated.
