Semiotic Research on Digital Media Art

Digital media art is an integration of modern technology and art conception,which is an embodiment of a digital and virtual existence.A prominent characteristic of digital media art is the diversity of artistic expression and the sense of the times,on behalf of human being trying to use new media and new technologies to achieve the exchange of feelings,mutual understanding and communication.This article concerns about semiotic structure research on digital media art on the methods of modern semiotic analysis,through the establishment of Meta data-Modular data-Digital Media-Digital Media Art-Interactive Art of the progressive model of digital media arts.Furthermore,the features and aesthetics of digital media art at the different levels of technical,artistic expression and interaction are summarized.
