Abstract

The diagnostic standard of Atrial Septai Aneurysm:the middle of the interatrial septum (fossa ovalis) was limitedy protruded into the left or right atrium higher than 6 mm.Sixteen cases of Atrial Septal aneurysm(ASA) were confirmed by operation.There were eleven aneurysms protruded into the right atrium,three aneurysms protruded into the left atrium,and two aneurysms swaying between two atrium with the cardiac cycle the direction of protrusion of ASA is determined by the pressure gradient between the two atria.
