On the Establishment of Arbitration Mechanism of Medical Disputes

Abstract
The existing resolutions to settle medical disputes can not meet the needs of the reality and have limitations.An arbitration mechanism should be set up to form multi-style civil compensation for medical disputes,for example,an arbitration committee can be established to fully guarantee the civil rights of patients and hospitals.
