Abstract
The Mao-zedong theory on increasing peasant's income was based on the firm union between workers and peasants,the fulfillment of Four Modernization and the exploration of the rural market. Nowadays, this scientific economic theory still have modern instructed meaning in the circumstance of slow increase of peasants' income, i. e, under the market economy, we still need to keep Mao-zedong theory, improve the peasants quality, transform rural areas spare labor force, develop agriculture with science, improve the management and service for agriculture to increase peasant's income so as to solve peasant problem.
