Abstract

Geological condition and genesis of ore deposit formation and metallogenesis are discussed by using ore forming structure, magmatism and gold containing strata. The distribution of this ore deposit was controlled by the NEE ductile shear belt and its accompanying sub structures. The exploiting direction was pointed out.
