Reform and Reconstruction:Progressive Rural Social Security System

With China's constant deepening of market-oriented reform and the developing economy,the rural social security system reform and construction are also being constantly pushed forward since more than 30 years of reform and opening up.However,due to the urban-rural dual structure and the fetters of the traditional support model in rural areas,the rural social security system evolution shows a path-dependent characteristic of inertia.After more than 30 years of gradual reform,the rural social security gradually broke through the traditional path dependence,continuously moved toward the institutionalization and standardization,and gradually established an independent social security system which is independent of the production system.In addition,the rural social security has designed a final framework gearing to urban social security system and achieving the urbanrural integration system from the macro level,but this target can not be achieved overnight.We must choose the gradient advance mode of classification design and step-by-step implementation.
