Abstract
In this study,we discussed the effect on mango leaves processed by BTH toward the change of activities of five defense-related enzymes.Processed by the spray of BTH solution with the concentration of 200 mg/L,the leaves were then collected after 0 h,24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h,of which the enzymatic activities were then determined by using water as the negative control. The results suggested that, the processing on mango leaves by BTH promoted the enzymatic activities of PAL,PPO,SOD and CAT respectively.
