Abstract

In this paper,the order and lower-order of the Dirichlet series and random Dirichlet series on the plane are studied using Newton polygon.The important relations between the order,lower order and its coefficients are obtained at some certain conditions.The research scope of the growth of the Dirichlet series and random Dirichlet series on the plane is promoted.
