Abstract

According to the indoor experiments, bioconcentration and release of nitrobenzene in aquatic organisms(Algaes,Limnodilus hoffineisteri,Crucian carps) were studied under different pollution degrees. Both the rate of bioconcentration and release of nitrobenzene in algaes and limnodilus hoffineisteri were rapid. The bioconcentration curves in different tissues of crucian carps indicated that the bioconcentration rate was quite rapid, and the bioconcentration ability was as follow: brachia bowels muscle.Under the different concentrations of nitrobenzene, differences of the bioconcentration factors were evident for certain organism: the bioconcentration factor in low concentration treatment was higher than that of high concentration treatment. The time that bioconcentration curves reaching the peak in high concentration treatment was earlier than that treated in low concentration.
