Analysis On Problems and Countermeasures of the Rural Libraries in China

Based on the investigations,the main problems of rural libraries in China are found below.The distribution of rural libraries is unbalanced,its basic construction is poor,investment in it is un-continuous,both of professional contingent and running system of it are short,and the consciousness of leaderships in the rural areas for rural library is indifferent.The article put forward three countermeasures to deal with above-mentioned problems.First,carry out legislations and management regulations for rural library.Second,set up the help-system between rural library and non-rural library.Third,make the positive public opinion for rural library by incentive mechanism.
