Abstract
LIN Luo-shan,a modern scholar of philosophy of ZHU criticizes Theory of and Qi and absorbs the idea of Anti-Buddhist and Anti=Interpretation of the latter to attack contemporary Buddhist power.At the same time,he borrows Theory of Li of ZHU to construct the new Shinto Philos-ophy concerning Confucianism.Analysis of the thinking process and academic orientation of LIN Luo-shan will help to understand the academic characteristics of Japanese Philosophical School of ZHU Xi and in-spire to understand the theoretical mechanism and pattern of thought when Japan absorbing and digesting ex-otic culture concerning LUO's dealing with foreign culture with the help of pragmatism and nationalism.
