Abstract
New rural areas need new peasants,new peasants need new education.The building of new countryside is different from the general reforms of rural areas.It is the comprehensive embodiment of the rural economic construction,political construction,cultural construction and social construction.Therefore,the key to construct new socialist rural areas lies in conducting quality education to peasants and improving the quality of the peasants.
