Abstract
Objective To realize genitourinary tract infections in patients with Mycoplasma on nine kinds of antibiotics resistance. Methods Lennart Meri France and Egypt offered IST2 Mycoplasma detection kit resistance spectrum. Results 1170 cases were detected in patients with Mycoplasma 402 cases, the positive rate was 34.4%,Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) were 295 cases(25.2%).Ureaplasma(UU)+Mycoplasma hominis(MH) 90 cases were mycoplasma infection(7.7%).Mycoplasma hominis(MH) 17 cases were positive(1.5%).Mycoplasma resistance to the highest levels of ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, followed by erythromycin, azithromycin and clarithromycin. Conclusion Mycoplasma in vitro findings show that a variety of antibiotic resistance, particularly UU+MH infection multi-drug resistance is higher.City of mycoplasma infection, shall be conducted in accordance with reasonable sensitivity use of antibiotics in order to reduce resistance and the occurrence of drug-resistant strains.
