On Official's Morality: the Visual Angle of the Functional Morality

The study of official functional morality is a visual angle that differs from that of the professional morality. An official is a role cluster, including three roles such as citizens, professionists and leaders. So the official's role morality is not only a criterion for a professionist but also a criterion for the equation of the three roles. The official's role morality reflects integrated moral criterion. An official, as a citizen, is expected to not only abide a citizen's moral criterion that is the morality culture, but also emphasize that the official should profit their citizens from a common citizen's position. An official, as a professionist, is expected not to hanker for self-interest that only common professionists do, but to insist on the consciousness of government service and erect the professional role morality with the core of dedication. An official, as a leader, is expected not to be an eligible social member that common people are expected to be, but to be a social moral exemplar who mainly distributes fairly and manages social resource.
