On the Training of Innovative Talents in Vocational College

Abstract

The undeveloped school-running model,excessive industrialization of education,etc.hinder the training of innovative talents in vocational colleges.This paper offers several suggestions to solve this problem,which are cultivating students with innovative consciousness and ability,emphasizing the functions of teachers in training innovative talents and enhancing the construction of innovation measures according to each vocational college's characteristics.
