Reliability design system

Reliability design is the key source to improve the reliability of the machine, and also the most important section to ensure the inherent reliability of machine tools. To carry out the reliability design and analysis work in the early design stage can effectively prevent the occurrence of potential failure to achieve the overall purpose of improving the reliability of the product, which provides a powerful guarantee for the reliability of the product life cycle. Reliability design system is integrated process that combined with product function design, performance design, precision design and reliability design, it is significant to achieving the simultaneous optimization of product features, performance and reliability. This paper firstly builds the framework of the CNC machine tools reliability system based on the product design process, then the main content and design analysis techniques are described. Finally, a certain type of automatic exchange tray of the pallet horizontal machining center is taken as the example to illustrate the application the reliability design system.
