Mode of delivery of twin pregnancy and pregnancy outcome of 70 patients

Objective:To investigate the mode of delivery of twin pregnancy and pregnancy outcome.Methods:2007-2010 to our hospital in pregnant women with twin pregnancies were randomly divided into two groups,each with 35 cases,one group underwent vaginal delivery,and the other group underwent cesarean section,and mode of delivery and pregnancy,both groups Outcomes were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The gestational age and birth weight,the cesarean section group was significantly greater than the vaginal birth group (P 0.01);while the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was no statistically significant difference (P0.05);two Group 1 fetal asphyxia was no significant difference (P0.05),and 2 fetal asphyxia in neonatal statistically significant difference (P0.01).Conclusion:Not all have cesarean section of twin pregnancy,twin pregnancy as long as the right choice for the mode of delivery,neonatal asphyxia will be significantly reduced.
