Abstract

Communist Manifesto is a Marxist theory of the first complete,systematic,and mature on the theory of scientific socialism programmatic document.The newtemporary Capitalism has not subverted the two necessities scientific judgment.In a positive abandoning scientific attitude towards the Communist Manifesto is that we study and implement the spirit of the 17th century,and promote the building of a harmonious socialist society inevitable choice.
