Abstract

By the impact of regional differences in employment factors analysis,this paper found FDI and exports two variables in the total regional employment disparities and differences in employment interval factors and the relatively large difference was the range of FDI in employment differences in the performance of the largest.A foreign-funded enterprises in absorbing labor force had a great extent on the regional differences.
