Abstract

In order to improve the synthetical performance of fluidic thrust-vectoring nozzle working at high nozzle pressure ratios(NPR),a design concept of a high NPR fluidic thrust-vectoring nozzle is proposed based on dual-throat thrust-vectoring nozzle, and numerical simulations are conducted to investigate the flow characteristics and the effects of key design parameters on nozzle performances. Results show that the proposed design in this paper has a higher synthetical fluidic performance.
