Abstract

The regionalism is a kind of international phenomena. It is not only a theory, but also a practice. Now there are three regionalism-centers in international society, including EUROPE, NORTH AMERICA, EAST ASIA. Regionalism and development become a focus. EAST ASIA have also experienced old and new regionalism phases, but new regionalism of East Asia faces many difficuties. So a possibility of regionalism development should be focused nowadays.
