Abstract

This article introduces the problems of information management in enterprises,such as information decentralization and inefficiency of data utilization.Then put forward an architecture framework based on XML Web Service and Information Search technology.Furthermore,introduces an example of Microsoft Employee Information System to illustrate how to use Web Service and Information Search technology solve practically problems.
