THE FERTILITY-POLICY OF YUNNAN PROVINCE BASED ON THE AMOUNT AND STRUCTURE OF THE POPULATION

This paper summarizes three different representative viewpoint about how to reply the issue of the amount and structure of the population in China at the first of all.On the basis of analyzing the characters of the amount and structure of the population of Yunnan,the author obtaines a result that the main population problem to be faced with in the following years is the population amount,but the structure problems such as aging-population、surplus labour force、nuclear family and empty nest family arise gradually.We must continue to stabilize the low-fertility level,at the same time adjusting the fertility-policy slightly is necessary.
