Research Summary of Power Electronic Transformer Theory

Introduction was made to the present research survey of power electronic transformers at home and abroad.This paper hackled several typical design schemes such as chop-controlled power electronic transformer,AC-AC power electronic transformer,flyback power electronic transformer and double PWM power electronic transformer and gave the corresponding main circuit topology.Via analysis to the relevant theory and its application of power electronic technology in power electronic transformer field,this paper expatiated on advantages and disadvantages of various topologies and summarized the main research direction and developing trend of power electronic transformers.
